The Accounts Team at Ayers & Cruiks have been working through the accounts and discovered that a tenant was behind with their rent and service charge. When advised that they were behind, the tenant could hardly believe it. So Carolyn, a member of the accounts team, invited them into the office and went through their account with them.
The tenant then realised that they were in fact 2 months behind. After negotiations, the tenant brought in a cheque for the overdue rent and service charge which has put their account up to date. They were so pleased with the way Carolyn handled the situation that they even brought her in a bunch of flowers – a lovely gesture that was much appreciated by Carolyn and the team!
