Residential Inventory Clerk
The role: We are looking for an organised and pro-active Residential Inventory Clerk to join Ayers & Cruiks. The successful candidate will have some experience in Residential Management for a role predominantly carrying out Inventory reports and periodic inspections, but to also assist in general Residential Management.
Main duties will include:
- Inspecting residential properties
- Carrying out Inventory reports
- Accurately documenting items and their conditions within the properties
- Assist with other administrative work in the department
