Ayers & Cruiks are looking for a new member of staff to assist in our director in the professional and management team. Please take a look at the role details below for more details and for how to apply.

The role: We are looking for an organised and flexible Admin Assistant to join our busy professional & management department. The successful candidate will have good IT skills, a professional telephone manner, and will be able to work under pressure to deadlines.

Main duties will include:

  • Assisting surveyors with the preparation and production of valuation reports
  • Typing general correspondence
  • Dealing with general phone enquiries
  • Arranging appointments
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • General office administration, filing etc.


Adaptable hours: Required to work approximately 10 – 15 hours per week, this role could possibly structure hours around school runs. However, this position could be extended to a full-time position if the applicant is willing to work in a support role carrying out similar duties within our commercial agency department for the remainder of the week.
