part-time admin assistant
The role: We are looking for an organised and flexible Admin Assistant to join our busy professional & management department. The successful candidate will have good IT skills, a professional telephone manner, and will be able to work under pressure to deadlines.
Main duties will include:
- Assisting surveyors with the preparation and production of valuation reports
- Typing general correspondence
- Dealing with general phone enquiries
- Arranging appointments
- Updating spreadsheets
- General office administration, filing etc.
Adaptable hours: Required to work approximately 10 – 15 hours per week, this role could possibly structure hours around school runs. However, this position could be extended to a full-time position if the applicant is willing to work in a support role carrying out similar duties within our commercial agency department for the remainder of the week.
