As part of our property management service, Ayers & Cruiks are able to collect tenancy related payments, such as rent, service charge and insurance contributions from tenants which we hold in our Clients’ bank accounts, managed in line with the rules set out by our regulator, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Our Client’s accounts also benefit from the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme to give our landlords and tenants peace of mind that their money is safe.

Christopher joined Ayers & Cruiks as Accounts Manager in 2014, bringing over 15 years of experience in property accounting gained from working for some of the largest landlords in London and Essex. The roles he has undertaken have ranged from managing the whole Finance Team of a large Housing Association to specialising in income management and service charge accounting for a portfolio of over 20,000 homes.
Christopher's interests include playing the piano and saxophone, DIY and cycling.

Brad joined Ayers and Cruiks in 2021 and is currently studying towards his AAT level 2 certification with a view to go on and complete the higher tier qualifications, he is responsible for reconciling the residential agency portfolio and managing the residential client accounts.
